  • Innovative Bundles: In partnership with retailers, I devised camera + gimbal bundles, offering compelling value and introducing FeiyuTech to a wider audience of photographers.

  • Empowering the Sales Force: I traveled nationwide to train sales staff, transforming them into FeiyuTech product experts and brand ambassadors.

  • $300k Milestone: Within the first year, my multifaceted strategy propelled FeiyuTech sales to over $300k, demonstrating the power of targeted market expansion.
